So yesterday I talked about how I’ll be getting out into nature ever day (a walk around town lake is coming this afternoon. One photo for proof 😉 ), today it’s about staying hydrated!!
Sure I’m a coffee mama (no coffee no Prana is still my motto), but keeping up on water is super important too 🙂 I remember when I was pregnant and girlfriend was telling me how she would get to the afternoon and realize she hadn’t had any water and would slam down a few glasses. It seemed impossible to “forget” to drink water, but here I find myself not sipping enough.
For the next 29 days I’ll be getting back into the habit of sipping on at least 8 glasses of water daily! Do you drink enough water? Do you just fill up cups and leave them around everywhere? Or do you fill up a big container and keep it in eye sight?
