Monday Meditation: centering breath

oh it is monday again!

and it is time for another meditation, today is a simple breathing meditation. probably like one you have done many times before. this simply asks that focus on your inhales and exhales.

set a timer for 5 minutes and just listen along. the audio is just over five minutes, so again we are sticking to easy meditations

{i’m sorry for the super whispery tone, making this during bed time proved tougher than i thought.}
